Join our Parish Steering Team and help to shape our future together.

Are you passionate about working to develop your parish?

We would like to invite parishioners committed to prayer, formation, and mission to apply to join our Parish Steering Team. Through this, you would work as a volunteer alongside the parish priests to lead our new parish structure and develop our mission in the light of the Diocesan Pastoral Plan. You will help facilitate a long-term vision, support project implementation, deepen faith renewal, and empower parish communities through collaborative leadership.

We are looking for applicants who are:

·       Enthusiastic about building on the Diocesan vision

·       Decision-makers willing to be collectively accountable

·       Collaborative partners with clergy and parish teams

·       Leaders who inspire others rather than doing

·       Committed to synodal principles and trust-building

·       Willing to give the time needed and to travel between parish communities for quarterly meetings.

We are seeking to appoint five lay people (including a Chair and a finance lead) on four-year terms (with a maximum of two terms).

This opportunity offers the chance to share leadership responsibility, helping all parishioners fulfill their potential while strengthening our collective mission.
